KIDS + FAMILY HAPPENINGS

Our core philosophy is that everyone can benefit from powerful effects of Yoga and Mindfulness.  That is why we are so happy to offer a seasonal series geared for teens.  The six-week course is designed to help teens reduce stress through specific calming yoga & mindfulness practices. Students will learn how to be more aware of their bodies, thoughts and feelings in the present moment. By making mindful choices, they can better manage stress and anxiety, and improve attention and focus. We will also close each day with a resting pose (Savasana), which helps to balance and soothe the nervous system. This is an all levels class, great for both beginners and students with yoga experience.

Fall Teen Mindful Yoga

Join us every Wednesday from 4:30 - 5:30 PM for a special class to help teens reduce stress through specific calming yoga & mindfulness practices. This is an all levels class, great for both beginners and students with yoga experience.
