NEW TO YOGA?
We welcome all ages, body types and levels! For beginners try Yoga Basics, Hatha 1, Vinyasa 1-2, Candlelight Flow, Gentle Flow, Restorative Yoga and Yoga 101 4-Week Series. Our studio is a comfortable room temperature. Bring a small towel and water bottle. We recommended to only to drink water before and after yoga. Please inform your teacher about pre-existing injuries or if you are pregnant. Practice at least 2 - 3 times a week to feel the mind / body benefits. Welcome to your new yoga lifestyle!
NEW TO THRIVE?
Our studio has a 20 person capacity. We recommend pre-registering for class online through our MindBody site. You must cancel at least 30 minutes in advance or you will be charged for the class. If you pre-register for a workshop or series you must cancel 48 hours in advance to receive a refund, no credits or transfers. There is an 8-minute grace period for late arrivals if space is available. When you arrive, speak softly and silence your phone. Our bathroom and dressing room are at the back of the studio. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to fill out our waiver. Cold and warm water is complimentary. Yoga mat rental is $2, all other yoga props are provided.
