COVID-19 UPDATE - JUNE 6, 2021

We are thrilled to be reopening the doors of our studio. We are taking all the precautions, and guidelines to be able to reopen safely. This is what you need to know about practicing in the studio:

Pre-register and arrival

We recommend pre-registering for class at least 12 hours in advance. Spots are limited to 9 students and the instructor. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to  find your spot.

12-hour cancellation

We kindly request that if you need to cancel or switch a class you’re signed up for, please do so at least 12 hours before the class start time. A late cancellation or no show will result in the loss of the class from your account. Thank you for understanding.

Masks

Masks are to be worn for the entire time you’re inside our facility. Teachers will be wearing masks at all times.

Social distancing

Please comply with all social distancing visual guidelines. In the studio, please place your mat only in one of the designated spaces we’ve laid out on the floor.  During class, please follow the sequencing — if everyone is at the front of their mat, you should be too.

Mats and props

Please bring all your own props, including water. Rental mats, blocks, and straps will not be available at this time.

Bathroom and Changing Room

Public restrooms and water bottle filler station is available for use.

Cleaning

We are diligently sanitizing and deep cleaning our facilities for you. We will also have wipes available throughout our studios if you are so inclined to wipe down the floor around your mat. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the studio.

Heat and ventilation

All doors and windows to the studio will remain open. Blown heat will not be used. We will be circulating filtered air throughout the space. Don't worry: we will heat you from the inside out!

Read on below for more information about the online class structure. We know that this is a really big change but we invite you to join us in this new structure. Firstly it is a great way to continue your practice in these challenging times. Secondly, your continuing support of the studio will help us weather the challenges that this presents to Thriveability as a business. Finally, this is a fun opportunity to invite your wider circles of family and friends to be a part of our community and do some online yoga!

How the Online Yoga Classes Work

You will just need to sign up via Mindbody before the class starts. There will be a link in Mindbody to open the Zoom meeting that will be used to hold the class.

We’ve put together a one page guide with all of the information you need here: Thriveability Online Class Guide. Please read through this guide before your first online class. Everything will be pretty simple.

If you have any questions about the new structure or run into any technical difficulties, email info@thriveabilitysf.com.
