COVID-19 UPDATE - MARCH 15, 2020

In light of the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, we are making some important changes. Our number one priority is the safety of our community, especially its most vulnerable members. At the same time, yoga is a very powerful tool for keeping us healthy in these times of high anxiety and we are committed to helping you maintain your practice.
With that said, here is what will be changing:

  • Thriveability is temporarily closing our physical studio effective Sunday, March 15.

  • And, we are going online! We will begin offering live online classes using Zoom.

  • As we temporarily move online we have made some changes to the schedule. Please book all classes via Mindbody and refer to the Mindbody schedule for the latest updates.

Read on below for more information about the new online class structure. We know that this is a really big change but we invite you to join us in this new structure. Firstly it is a great way to continue your practice in these challenging times. Secondly, your continuing support of the studio will help us weather the challenges that this presents to Thriveability as a business. Finally, this is a fun opportunity to invite your wider circles of family and friends to be a part of our community and do some online yoga!

How the New Online Yoga Classes will Work

You will just need to sign up via Mindbody before the class starts. There will be a link in Mindbody to open the Zoom meeting that will be used to hold the class.
