Taught in the Vinyasa and Hatha traditions, we offer a variety of class types for all levels of ability. A Vinyasa practice flows from pose-to-pose connecting asanas (postures) through the breath. Classes are built around sun salutations and build heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength. Hatha classes concentrate on traditional poses, breathing, and concentration, poses are held longer and their is a focus on accurate alignment.
