Taught in the Vinyasa and Hatha traditions, we offer a variety of class types for all levels of ability. A Vinyasa practice flows from pose-to-pose connecting asanas (postures) through the breath. Classes are built around sun salutations and build heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength. Hatha classes concentrate on traditional poses, breathing, and concentration, poses are held longer and their is a focus on accurate alignment. Thriveability is also one of few SF studios to offer Therapeutic Yoga. Come slow down your practice and learn the therapeutic ways to work in the body. Come explore!



Prepare your body for birth, improve your postpartum recovery and bring mindfulness to your parenting through specific prenatal postures and breath-work. Our weekly Prenatal & Pre/Post Natal Classes strengthen important muscle groups, increase circulation, and reduce discomfort. Come meet other moms at all stages of pregnancy in this safe and supportive environment. We also offer a regular Postnatal 4-Week Series that helps new mamas transition safely back into their yoga practice, while being in a supportive and caring environment with other moms. Facilitate breakthroughs that aren’t usually possible in a class setting. You will receive undivided attention in order to gain insights into your practice and specific needs. All levels are welcomed and encouraged! Privates are available through Zoom and in person.
