Highly knowledgeable and dedicated to their practice, we require a minimum of 200 hours of certified yoga training with many of our teachers having upwards of 500+ hours of specialty trainings. Our teachers are auditioned at length and chosen to best suit the needs of our students. Down-to-earth and approachable, they exude the positive energy that is at the heart of our yoga community.
